Carriage of goods performed by Color Line Cargo is subject to the Norwegian Maritime Code of 24 June 1994 no. 39, as amended.

In the event of any conflict between Color Line Cargo’s Terms and Conditions and the Norwegian Maritime Code, the provisions of the Maritime Code shall take precedence.
Any freight forwarding or related services performed by Color Line Cargo are subject to:
Color Line Cargo is a member of the Danish Freight Forwarders Association and the Nordic Association of Freight Forwarders.
All services are subject to the General Conditions of the Nordic Association of Freight Forwarders (NSAB 2015).
Under these conditions, the freight forwarder’s liability is limited, including:

The following general conditions apply to all information and services provided by Color Line Cargo.
Color Line Cargo reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Color Line Cargo is not responsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies in the information published on colorline-cargo.com.
In the event of any conflict between Color Line Cargo’s Terms and Conditions and applicable legislation, the Norwegian Maritime Code shall take precedence.
